BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AGENDAS AND MINUTES
The board of adjustment is appointed by city council and shall have the following powers and duties:
- administrative review regarding an appeal of an administrative decision when it is alleged that there is an error in any order or decision made by an administrative official in the enforcement of these regulations;
- to hear and decide petitions for a variance from terms of regulation;
- to hear and decide only for a petition for a special exception use specifically listed under the zoning districts in these regulations.
Board of Adjustment Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
