General Services

General Services is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the building codes, land use regulations, permit regulations, and other ordinances or regulations of the City that are not specifically delegated to any other city department or officer.

The City Administrator oversees the functions of this department directly. The Coordinator handles the daily functions, coordinates and attends the Planning Board/Board of Adjustment/Design Review Board and also the Site Plan Review meetings, handles other details resulting from those entities, and coordinates information for the City Planning Consultant.
